North Heath is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We are committed to ensuring that effective safeguarding procedures are in place to support families, children and staff at school. All concerns are handled by our staff Designated Safeguarding Leaders. 

North Heath Safeguarding Policy

North Heath is supported by West Sussex in its Safeguarding Duties. Our staff are trained at least annually and understand the need to act on any concerns immediately.
All volunteers at the school also receive Safeguarding Training.
