We are delighted to welcome you to North Heath Community Primary School. Located in North Horsham, we are a busy, happy and high-achieving large primary school. Dedicated to providing a supportive and caring atmosphere, with an emphasis on kindness, creativity and courage, we work hard to make every child feel valued, safe and empowered to succeed.
We believe that nurturing strong partnerships between parents, carers, governors and the local community supports our pupils’ social, emotional and academic development, enabling them to thrive.

Tours and Visits for Reception 2026
As a thriving community school, we are always pleased to welcome prospective parents and families to North Heath. We are delighted to invite you to join us for a guided tour to find out more about what our school can offer you and your child.
We will hold an Open Evening on Thursday 2nd October from 5:30pm-7:00pm. During this evening, you will be free to wander around our site. All of the classrooms will be open and our friendly staff available to help you to get a flavour of North Heath’s inspiring curriculum and personal approach. The evening will be rounded off with a talk from the Headteacher and Early Years team in the school hall at 6:30pm. It would be lovely if as many as possible could join us for this.
There are also a range of dates for small group daytime tours of the school. These will consist of an opportunity to see us in action with various teaching and learning activities as well as a sit-down chat with the Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher (Early Years & Foundation Stage lead).
Children are always welcome to these events – we want them to see their new school and feel part of the community!
