Autumn Term 2025
Internal Clubs:
When: From Monday 26 January until Friday 20 March 2026
Time: 3.15pm to 4.00pm
Clubs WILL NOT RUN week beginning Monday 23 February due to Parent’s Evenings.
If selected for a club, pupils are expected to attend all sessions unless they are absent or parents have emailed the teacher leading the club or the office; a register will be taken. In the event of bad weather, outdoor clubs will take place indoors.
School Council Meetings: will be held on a Monday after school 3.15pm – 4.00pm during the weeks in which internal clubs are held. If your child has been elected as school council for their class, they are expected to continue to attend these meetings all year. This will not affect their ability to join another club on a different day.
Football Club (Y5/6):
This club is open to those who were invited and attended during the Autumn Term. If you no longer want to attend, please let Mr Cousins know via the Year 3 email so the space can be offered to someone else.
Homework Clubs:
Weekly attendance is not essential for Homework Club. However, pupils gain most from the club through regular attendance so this is preferable. The club will be available for up to 30 pupils to support them with their learning.
Year 3 & 4 Homework Club: will run from 3.15pm to 4.00pm starting Thursday 15 January 2026 until Thursday 19 March 2026.
Year 5 & 6 Homework Club: will run from 3.15pm to 4.00pm starting Thursday 15 January 2026 until Thursday 19 March 2026.
Please note:
Year 3 & 4 Homework Club and Year 5 & 6 Homework Club will NOT run on Thursday 26th February 2026 due to Parent’s Evening.
Clubs will run, whatever the weather. In the event of bad weather, outdoor clubs will take place indoors.
St. Mark’s Church Bible Stories and Crafts Club
Mandy Leddin from St. Mark’s Church offers a free Bible Stories and Crafts Club on Monday Lunchtimes 12.30pm to 1.30pm. This will run for 30mins for Y1&2, and 30mins for Y3&4 each Monday of the Spring term.
External Clubs:
A range of clubs run by external providers are on offer during the Spring term. Places for these clubs need to be booked directly with the providers. All details can be found at the end of this letter.
