North Heath serves a pleasant community in the northern part of this prosperous and historic market town, Horsham.
We have a modern building, good facilities and large field for sports and play, well away from busy roads and educate approximately 400 children, aged 4 to 11 years of age from 8.50am to 3.00pm. Following this our children transfer to Millais School (girls), The Forest School (boys), Tanbridge House, Bohunt Academy plus a few gain places each year at Christ's Hospital School (independent / residential / assisted fees) or Holy Trinity School in Crawley (C of E).
At North Heath, we expect pupils to do well academically, personally and socially. Good behaviour and manners are important, and so are independence, confidence, truthfulness and kindness. In addition our academic results are high because we expect pupils to attend carefully in class and work hard. In return, we teach them well and provide a lively, stimulating curriculum. We also provide many educational visits and Year 5 and 6 each have a residential experience.
However our website can only show so much. Please telephone to make an appointment to visit us so that we can meet you and tell you, personally, what we can offer your children.
School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. In order to ensure this our recruitment and selection policy is in accordance with local and national guidelines
